Job summary

MUST Company, a Web3/AI focused venture, is seeking a marketing leader to own strategy, execution and results end-to-end for a fast-moving project. You will build activation and engagement, and drive visibility across channels.

This role requires deep experience in Web3 marketing, proven community growth, and a data-driven mindset, with strong English skills and remote work capability. You will use AI daily for research, content, campaigns and reporting, turning every activity into measurable

Qualifications

• 5+ years in marketing, including 2+ years in Web3/crypto marketing.
• Owned marketing for a project end-to-end: strategy, execution and results, not just tasks.
• Proven community growth and activation with measurable metrics (Telegram, Discord, X).
• Experience with campaigns, content distribution, KOLs and external visibility in Web3.
• Fluent English and ability to work fully remote.

Responsibilities

• Own the marketing strategy, priorities and execution plan, and be accountable for results.
• Grow and activate the community across channels to drive engagement, not just membership.
• Build market positioning and raise project visibility via content, campaigns and partnerships.
• Turn all activities into measurable outcomes: user growth, engagement, on-chain activity, ecosystem participation.
• Make data-driven marketing calls and document them clearly, ensuring high-quality outputs.
• Leverage AI to accelerate content, research, testing and reporting.
• Report weekly on what was run, what moved, what is stopped and what’s next.
