$60.00/hr - $70.00/hr

Title: Developer - IVR Chatbot level 3

Location: Hybrid - Newark, NJ

Duration: 9-12 Months

** AWS Lex for IVR voice bot development is a key skill **

• Advanced understanding of IVR technology and related telecommunications devices, networks, software, and systems.
• Experience with management and development of speech recognition systems and grammars.
• Experience in implementing third party integration like AWS Lambda (NodeJS and/or Python), Lex, Amelia, Polly, and CRM (Salesforce) etc. Google CCAI.
• Proficiency in calling APIs, Microservices and other cross system communication protocols and experience with integration of telephony systems to other computer systems (e.g. SOAP, VXML SQL, XML, REST).
• Software development in an object-oriented programming language; ability to design, develop and support advanced IVR applications.
