Job summary

CSS is seeking a Developer to create and maintain software development lifecycle activities for business applications, focusing on Customer MDM, Informatica Product 360 (P360), and data quality initiatives. You will design, code, test, and document enhancements across enterprise data platforms.

You will collaborate with project managers, business analysts, data stewards, architects, and product owners to translate requirements into scalable solutions while ensuring data governance and quality

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Management, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 3 years required, 5 years preferred experience in a development role in an enterprise environment with responsibility for the delivery, support, and maintenance of enterprise data management solutions.
  • 3 years required, 5 years preferred experience with Customer Master Data Management (MDM), Product Information Management (PIM), Informatica Product 360 (P360), or related technologies.
  • 3 years required, 5 years preferred experience developing solutions using modern development tools, integration technologies, and best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with PMs, BAs, data stewards, architects, and product owners to translate requirements into work products across Customer MDM, P360, and data platforms.
  • Maintain open communication culture; hire, train, and mentor team members.
  • Experience with Customer MDM platforms such as Informatica MDM, P360, Reltio, Semarchy, Profisee, SAP MDG, or similar.
  • Identify risks, barriers, and opportunities in development approach.
  • Explore options including MDM, PIM, integration tools, cloud technologies.
  • Participate in SDLC phases: requirements, design, coding, testing, deployment, and support.
  • Design, develop, configure, and support Customer MDM and P360 solutions for master data across enterprise systems.
  • Develop data models, taxonomies, classifications, attributes, reference data, and hierarchy structures within Informatica Product 360.
  • Partner with stakeholders to define data governance and validation rules in Informatica P360.
  • Develop integrations between MDM platforms, Informatica Product 360, CRM systems, ERP systems, supplier platforms, digital applications, eCommerce platforms, and downstream apps.
  • Support identity management, data matching, survivorship, hierarchy management, deduplication, enrichment, and governance initiatives.
  • Configure and support Informatica Product 360 workflows, approvals, data enrichment, publishing, and validations.
  • Support product onboarding, catalog management, digital asset management, enrichment, classification, and syndication in Informatica Product 360.
  • Understand lifecycle of subsystems that comprise MDM and PIM ecosystems and upgrade paths.
  • Leverage relationships with IT, QA, Data Governance, Product Management for cross-functional initiatives.
  • Develop technical documentation—system context diagrams, design docs, data flow diagrams, interface specs, workflow configurations, release procedures.
  • Troubleshoot production issues through root cause analysis, defect resolution, incident management, and vendor coordination.
  • Provide ongoing production support for Customer MDM, Informatica Product 360 applications, integrations, data pipelines, and related systems.
  • Participate in data quality improvement by identifying inconsistencies, duplicates, hierarchy issues, workflow and integration failures, and process optimization opportunities.
  • Participate in architecture and design discussions to ensure scalable, maintainable, and secure MDM and PIM solutions aligned with enterprise standards.
  • Support release management, upgrades, environment strategy, and deployment activities for Informatica Product 360 and Customer MDM.
  • Work with Data Governance teams to establish and enforce data standards, stewardship processes, and best practices.
