Job summary

Careers InitiateFirst is seeking an experienced MDM Developer to design and implement Informatica MDM Cloud solutions across development, test, QA, and production environments. You will configure match/merge logic, survivorship and trust rules, and manage data ingestion and integration jobs.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements, ensure secure data flows, and perform Informatica administration tasks.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as an MDM Developer, including configuring and deploying Informatica MDM.
• Strong database design and management skills (Snowflake, SQL, DBT).
• Experience with relational and dimensional data modeling.
• Proven experience implementing ETL/ELT workflows.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee post-MDM development transition and training for ERS employees.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather data requirements and resolve technical challenges.
• Ensure secure, reliable data flows between internal systems and third-party applications.
• Perform Informatica administration tasks, including user management, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Partner with architects to refine MDM architecture for performance and scalability.
• Develop and maintain Informatica Data Quality Components per design and functional specifications.
• Responsible for post MDM development transition and training ERS employees on maintaining Informatica IDMC.

WORKER SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Required Minimum Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience as an MDM Developer, including configuring and deploying Informatica MDM.
• Strong database design and management skills (Snowflake, SQL, DBT).

• Advanced experience with Informatica platform performance tuning.
