Job summary

TechDigital Group is seeking a Senior MDM Informatica Platform Support Specialist to optimize and sustain Informatica-based MDM in Life Sciences and Healthcare. You will ensure stability, performance, and scalability of critical data platforms supporting clinical and operational processes.

You will lead incident resolution, governance, and capacity planning while collaborating with regulatory and security teams to protect sensitive data assets.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Informatica MDM platform support, administration, or development.
• In-depth knowledge of Informatica MDM components (Hub Console, Data Director, IDD).
• Strong grasp of data governance, data quality, and master data management in Life Sciences/Healthcare.
• Proficient with Oracle and SQL Server; scripting in Shell and Python.
• Familiar with ITIL-based support, incident/change management, and monitoring tools.
• Experience with cloud-based MDM deployments (AWS/Azure/GCP) is a plus.
• Understanding HIPAA, GDPR, and GxP regulations; capable of on-call support.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end support and maintenance of Informatica MDM platforms, including troubleshooting and incident resolution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity, security, and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor system health, perform root cause analysis and implement preventative measures.
• Manage platform upgrades, patches, and configuration changes with minimal downtime.

• Plan capacity and propose enhancements for performance and scalability.
• Support disaster recovery planning and ensure business continuity for critical data assets.

OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE

As a Senior MDM Informatica Platform Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting and optimizing Master Data Management (MDM) platforms powered by Informatica. You will be responsible for ensuring the stability, performance, and scalability of MDM solutions that underpin essential data-driven processes in the Life Sciences and Healthcare sector. Your expertise will directly contribute to the reliability and quality of data that informs clinical, operational, and strategic decisions across the organization.

DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES

• - Oversee the end-to-end support and maintenance of Informatica MDM platforms, including troubleshooting, performance tuning, and incident resolution.
• - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with healthcare regulations.

SKILL REQUIREMENTS

• - Minimum of 7 years' experience in Informatica MDM platform support, administration, or development.
• - Deep technical expertise in Informatica MDM, including Hub Console, Data Director, and IDD configurations.
• - Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and master data management concepts in the Life Sciences and Healthcare domain.
• - Proficiency with database technologies (Oracle, SQL Server), data integration tools, and scripting languages (Shell, Python).
• - Experience with platform monitoring tools, ticketing systems, and ITIL-based support processes.
• - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• - Proven track record in handling incident and change management in a regulated environment.
• - Informatica certifications (such as Informatica MDM Administrator or Developer) are highly desirable.
• - Experience supporting cloud-based MDM deployments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
• - Working knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as HIPAA, GDPR, and GxP.
• - Familiarity with DevOps methodologies and automation tools for platform management.
• - Ability to work in a global, multicultural team and support on-call or off-hours as needed.
