Job summary

Vetcove Inc. is looking for a Staff Engineer to accelerate development velocity across the company. You will own the tools, infrastructure, and workflows that allow engineers to ship faster, and enable non-engineering teams to build apps and automations.

Key focus areas include rethinking the development workflow with AI, building agents for triage, code review, testing, documentation, and releases, and driving adoption of new developer tools and models across the team.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience using coding agents to accelerate development.
• Strong fundamentals in designing, shipping, and operating production systems.
• Experience improving CI/CD, testing infrastructure, and internal tooling.

What We Offer:

• Base salary range of $170,000 – $230,000/year plus bonus, equity, and benefits.
