Job summary

Roblox is seeking a customer support specialist to assist creators with day-to-day escalations and emergencies, coordinating with Roblox staff and maintaining detailed records of interactions.

Role requires strong verbal and written communication, endless patience, time management, and a solid understanding of Roblox and Roblox Studio. This on-site, San Mateo-based position offers hourly pay between $20 and $25 and a schedule primarily Saturday to Wednesday with on-call coverage.

You will:

The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual hourly rate could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. Please note that not all benefits on this page are applicable to this hourly position.
