You should have 3+ years writing technical documentation for developer-facing or API products and a passion for clarity that improves developer experience. Remote-friendly, SF option available.

Responsibilities

• Write and own the documentation, guides, tutorials, and API references developers rely on.
• Turn complex functionality into content that helps users reach first success quickly.
• Work with engineering to document new features accurately and rapidly.
• Treat docs as a product: measure where developers get stuck and fix it.
