Mercor is seeking a part-time reviewer to assess AI-generated developer documentation against client briefs. You will evaluate CLI help text, error messages, and API references, flag issues, and provide concise verdicts with tagging. Prior experience rating AI-generated writing is a strong plus.

The role starts with a 5-hour/day pilot, five business days per week, with potential for ongoing month-to-month engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience evaluating AI-generated writing against a brief and writing guide.
• Comfortable reviewing CLI help text, error messages, and API references.

Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated developer-facing writing against client brief and guide.
• Read diffs and terminal output to catch incorrect explanations.
• Select preferred sample or flag unsuitable options.
• Write a one-line verdict reason and apply tags.
• Calibrate gate against known-answer tests before live data.
