Job summary

Ll Oefentherapie is seeking a strategic, developer-centered leader to build a year-round community and engagement strategy that accelerates adoption of AI and developer tools.

You will shape experiences that help developers discover new capabilities, build practical confidence, connect with peers, and continue using tools long after an event ends. You will partner with product, engineering, learning, and content teams to ensure every experience is purposeful and inclusive.

Qualifications

• Strong program and experience design instincts with community-building skills.
• Stakeholder leadership and empathy for how developers learn and engage.
• Experience measuring success by participation quality, repeat engagement, and adoption of tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of developer conferences, events, and engagement programs—from large-scale conferences to smaller, targeted experiences—along with bootcamps, hands-on labs, hackathons, competitions, demos, office hours, and recognition initiatives.
• Partner with product, engineering, learning, and content teams to ensure experiences are purposeful, inclusive, and tied to adoption outcomes.
• Establish feedback loops bringing the developer voice into our knowledge platform, learning content, and developer-tool strategy.
