Job summary

E2B is seeking a Community & Events Marketing Manager to own the developer community across Discord, GitHub, forums, and meetups, and to build a portfolio of technical events such as workshops, hands-on builds, and hackathons for AI agents.

You’ll partner with Growth Engineering, Sales, and Content to turn engagement into qualified pipeline, map activity to accounts, and measure program impact while running disciplined experiments from our San Francisco office.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years in community, field marketing, events, or developer marketing for a technical product.
• Experience running events with real budgets and measurable pipeline or revenue targets.
• Track record of building or growing technical communities across multiple channels.
• Strong program-management skills with budget and follow-up discipline.
• Comfort with metrics, experimentation, and data-driven decision making.
• Credibility with developers; understand technical audiences without hard selling.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Growth, Content, and Product.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow E2B’s developer community across multiple channels.
• Build and run technical events, workshops, hackathons, and dinners.
• Create an event-to-opportunity engine with clear handoffs to Sales.
• Map community activity to accounts with Growth Engineering.
• Measure impact with pipeline, cost per opportunity, and conversion metrics.
• Run disciplined experiments and scale successful formats.
• Gather structured community feedback to inform product decisions.
• Work in person from our San Francisco office.
