Job summary

Applied Intuition is seeking a Community Engagement Manager to lead our developer-focused social presence and engagement. You will own daily publishing across X, LinkedIn, and other channels, coordinate with writers and designers, and ensure timely, credible responses to a technical audience.

This hands-on role requires 2–4 years in community-facing roles, strong writing, and the ability to translate audience data into actionable insights. A practical, execution-focused mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in community management for technical audiences.

• Experience with social listening/analytics and turning data into insights.

Responsibilities

• Own daily publishing across X, LinkedIn, and others.
• Maintain social calendar, content queue, and asset trackers.
• Adapt approved content to fit each platform's voice and format.
• Coordinate with the Social Media Marketing Manager, writers, designers, and SMEs.
• Reply to comments and DMs, building relationships with developers and researchers.
• Understand audience resonance and tailor tone and timing for engineers.
• Identify topic trends and whitespace opportunities.
• Moderate engagement daily and provide timely responses.
• Nurture recurring engaged followers and community champions.
