Job summary

Lentegrity is seeking a Developer to join its IT team in Foothill Ranch, CA. You will gain hands-on experience across web development, cloud infrastructure, project management, QA, and database administration, while collaborating with teammates dedicated to growth and excellence.

Prepare to work on secure, scalable software and real-time integrations via RESTful interfaces. The role emphasizes problem-solving, independence, and effective communication within a dynamic financial services

Qualifications

• 2+ years of software development experience.
• Experience with .NET Framework or .NET Core.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server.
• Familiarity with software development methodologies and tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement secure, maintainable software solutions.
• Build real-time integrations between hosted and local apps via RESTful interfaces.
• Maintain internal and hosted business applications.
• Collaborate with project managers, developers and stakeholders to align solutions with business strategy.
• Manage small to medium-sized projects through the software development life cycle.
• Create technical designs and requirements specifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in cloud-based and hosted multi-tier architecture (Windows Server, Azure, SQL Server, .NET).
• Participate in code reviews to uphold quality and best practices.
• Manage workload to meet service levels and deadlines.
• Participate in on-call rotations for end-user support during critical events.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Design: Design and implement secure, maintainable software solutions to business problems
• Integration: Build real-time, secure integrations between hosted and local applications through RESTful interfaces
• Technical Maintenance: Enhance and maintain internal and hosted business applications
• Collaboration & Communication: Partner with project managers, fellow developers, and business stakeholders to align solutions with business strategy
• Project Ownership: Manage small to medium-sized projects in accordance with the organization’s software development life cycle
• Documentation: Create project artifacts such as technical designs and requirements specifications
• Problem Solving: Work independently to troubleshoot and resolve failures in cloud-based and hosted multi-tier architecture built on Windows Server, Azure services, SQL Server, and .NET
• Code Quality & Review: Uphold code quality by participating in code reviews and following development best practices
• Time Management: Manage your workload to meet department service levels and project deadlines
• Support: Participate in a periodic on-call rotation for end-user support during business-critical events

Qualifications/Requirements

• 2+ years of experience with software development
• Experience with .NET Framework or .NET Core
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server
• Experience with software development methodologies and tools
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a drive for excellence
