Job summary

Cintal, Inc. is seeking a Mechanical/ Hydraulic Validation Engineer to perform validation testing of hydraulic systems and components, develop test plans, and analyze data to verify performance.

The role supports product development and design verification, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and reliability. The candidate will document results, prepare reports, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Agricultural, or related field is required.
• 2+ years of experience in hydraulic systems, validation, testing, or product development.
• Experience with hydraulic components, test equipment, and data analysis.
• Strong troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and technical documentation skills.
• Experience working in lab, R&D, or manufacturing environments preferred.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• Experience with hydraulic components, test equipment, and data analysis.
• Strong troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and technical documentation skills.
• Experience working in laboratory, R&D, or manufacturing environments preferred.
