Job summary

Cintal, Inc. in the United States is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to lead design and development activities for injectors. You will coordinate measurement and test planning with suppliers and internal teams, update engineering drawings, and drive production release processes.

The role requires 2–4 years of experience, strong problem-solving abilities, and hands-on lab work. Visa sponsorship is available for eligible candidates, with relocation assistance and a yearly bonus.

Qualifications

JOB DESCRIPTION/TYPICAL TASK BREAKDOWN:

• Design, product development, and problem-solving meetings with suppliers, internal manufacturing, assembly and test teams
• Coordinate and conduct measurement, assembly and test planning
• Disassemble injectors, inspect, measure components after test, and compare results to pre-test condition
• Update engineering technical drawings and coordinate production releasing
• Provide routine progress updates to senior management

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• Years of experience: 2-4 years
• Degree requirement: BS degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar field

REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS:

• Structured problem-solving experience / familiarity (8D or similar)
• Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
• Close attention to detail, curious, drives to physics-based understanding of the ‘why’ for root cause(s) of issues and component observations
• 3D modeling and engineering drawing detailing experience
• Comfortable working with hand tools, lab equipment (microscope, measurement equipment)
• Familiar with Design FMEA, validation planning and reporting (DVP&R
