Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent plus 4+ years related experience.
• Must obtain/maintain all required state licenses within 90 days; life/health license preferred.
• Excellent persuasion, interpersonal, problem-solving, decision-making, time management, presentation, listening, and communication skills; analytical skills.
• Advanced math skills with basic graph/symbol/equation understanding.
• Intermediate computer skills and knowledge of business unit applications.
• Maintain accuracy while being detail oriented and confidential.
• Travel required (~25%), including overnight stays for customer/broker meetings.
