Clark Construction Company in Detroit seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead construction projects across Southeast Michigan, including historic renovations. You will manage planning through closeout, coordinate teams, and maintain safety, schedule, and budget while delivering high-quality results.

The role requires strong client relationships, risk management, and collaboration with owners, architects, engineers, and trades.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience in commercial construction.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of construction operations, delivery methods, budgeting, scheduling, and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction projects from planning through completion, ensuring safety, schedule, budget and quality.
• Develop detailed project scopes, schedules, work breakdown structures, and execution plans.
• Proactively manage risks, budgets, schedules, and scope changes to ensure project success.
• Collaborate with owners, architects, engineers, and trade partners to maintain alignment.
