Clark Construction Company in Detroit, MI seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee construction projects across Southeast Michigan. You will manage multiple active projects, coordinate with clients, field teams, and partners, and ensure on-time delivery within budget.

Collaborate with Business Development to identify opportunities in the region, maintain clear communication across stakeholders, and drive project execution from start to finish while upholding safety and quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
• Proven ability to independently manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills with a track record of implementing effective procedures.

Responsabilités

• Define and maintain detailed project scopes, schedules, and planning assumptions.
• Coordinate with superintendents and management to allocate resources efficiently.
• Establish and adjust project priorities to meet deadlines and milestones.
• Define roles for stakeholders and ensure alignment across teams.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with project teams to align resources and deliverables.
• Identify and resolve issues to maintain momentum and on-time delivery.
• Develop execution plans including risk management and quality assurance.
• Conduct regular project assessments and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Maintain transparent communication with clients and leadership.
