Job summary

Clark is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead construction projects across Southeast Michigan, based in Detroit. You will manage multiple active projects, coordinate with stakeholders, and drive outcomes from start to finish.

You will ensure on-time delivery within budget while collaborating with Business Development to identify future opportunities in the region. Ideal candidates live near Detroit, Dearborn, Sterling Heights, or nearby areas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field.
• Proven ability to independently manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and process development skills.
• Solid understanding of construction and engineering operations.
• Proficiency with data automation tools and project management software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain detailed project scopes, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate with superintendents and management to allocate resources effectively.
• Establish and adjust project priorities to meet deadlines and milestones.
• Clearly define roles and responsibilities for all stakeholders and ensure alignment.
• Track and analyze project performance metrics and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and oversee execution plans including risk management and change control.
• Conduct regular project reviews and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Maintain transparent communication with clients and team members.
