Job summary

Progressive Companies in Detroit, MI seeks a Project and Office Coordinator to provide administrative and project support for interdisciplinary architecture and engineering teams. You will foster a positive office environment, welcome visitors, and keep daily operations running smoothly in our Detroit office.

Responsibilities include coordinating information flow, managing client data in Deltek Vantagepoint, preparing contracts and proposals, and tracking submittals and RFIs.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma required.
  • 3+ years of broad operational or administrative experience in a directly applicable role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Preferred: Associate’s or bachelor’s degree.
  • Preferred: Experience in the Architecture and Engineering industry.
  • Preferred: Experience in a multi-office firm environment.
  • Familiarity with Deltek Vantagepoint, Microsoft SharePoint and Teams; BSD software preferred.

As a Project and Office Coordinator, you will provide comprehensive administrative and project support to our interdisciplinary architecture and engineering teams. Deliver Results
