As a Construction Project Manager, you will drive the successful execution of construction projects by developing and managing detailed plans, budgets, and schedules to ensure timely and efficient delivery. Serving as a trusted liaison, you lead collaboration among clients, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams, aligning operational execution with strategic goals.

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate project records, including schedules, financials, and compliance documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 8+ years of related post-graduate experience in the field.
• Commercial construction project experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Microsoft Project, Word, and Excel
• Michigan Builders License required.
• Health and Safety training, including CPR/First Aid Certification and OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Hour Construction Training required.
• Procore and Bluebeam experience (preferred)
