Job summary

Employment Solutions is seeking a Territory Sales Representative to cover Michigan with Detroit as your home base. This direct-hire role offers a $75,000 base salary plus robust bonuses, commission, a monthly car allowance progressing to a company vehicle, and full benefits.

You will drive sales by opening new stocking locations and increasing velocity at existing accounts across electrical, hardware, grocery and convenience channels. Regular travel across Michigan is expected.

Qualifications

• 2–10 years of field sales/territory experience.
• Experience in CPG, beverage distribution, retail execution, or brokerage is preferred.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.

Responsibilities

• In-person site visits to open new accounts and service existing ones.
• Product demos, tradeshow support, and in-store events.
• Off-shelf display placement and merchandising execution.
• Salesforce logging of daily activity, pipeline, and account signings.
• Partner with Regional Growth Support Associate on scheduling and account prep.
• Multi-day trips across Michigan as the territory demands.
