Job summary

Via 313 San Antonio, TX (Culebra Comm) is looking for a Pizza Dough Prep Team Member to help create our signature Detroit-style crust. You’ll mix, portion, press, and prepare dough, plus sauces and prep ingredients.

No baking experience required; we provide paid training and a chance to grow with a small, hardworking team. This role emphasizes hands-on work, consistency, and teamwork in a fast-paced kitchen.

Qualifications

• Food Handler Certification, or ability to obtain upon hire.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Reliable and detail-oriented with pride in quality and consistency.
• No baking or dough-making experience required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Mix, portion, press, and prepare our signature Detroit-style pizza dough.
• Prepare fresh sauces, shred cheese, and complete daily prep tasks.
• Follow recipes and food safety standards with accuracy and consistency.
• Keep prep areas clean, organized, and stocked throughout the shift.
• Work efficiently to ensure restaurants receive high-quality products on schedule.
• Support teammates and assist with additional prep tasks as needed.
