Job summary

The Salvation Army Indiana Division is seeking a Withdrawal Management Supervisor to work with the Medical Director in monitoring the WM unit, ensuring compliance with accrediting and licensing requirements, and providing basic nursing care to monitor clients’ medical status.

The role includes conducting admission interviews, charting health data, medication administration, staff supervision, and coordinating with the Treatment Team to deliver care consistent with the organization’s mission.

Qualifications

• Licensed as an RN in Indiana preferred; minimum LPN required.
• Two years of supervisory/management experience in nursing; CPR certified.
• Valid driver’s license and Safe From Harm training within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct admission interviews and assess suitability for Detox according to policies.
• Chart client records including illnesses, withdrawal complications, and medications.
• Ensure correct dispensing of medications as prescribed by physicians.
• Maintain CARF-compliant case records with accurate entries.
• Provide First Aid and CPR as needed and coordinate with Clinical staff.
