Job summary

The Salvation Army USA Central Territory is seeking a Withdrawal Management Supervisor in Indianapolis to oversee the WM unit under the Medical Director, ensuring compliance with accrediting bodies and licensing requirements.

You will provide basic nursing care, monitor client status, maintain CARF-compliant records, and coordinate with leadership to support treatment outcomes. This full-time role requires Indiana licensure and CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Licensed as RN in Indiana preferred; LPN license required.
• Two years supervisory/management experience in nursing, preferably with substance use disorders.
• CPR certification and a valid driver’s license.
• Spanish language skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Withdrawal Management staff and unit operations.
• Ensure compliance with licensing, accreditation, and CARF procedures.
• Maintain client records and MARs per policy and physician orders.
• Provide nursing care and monitor withdrawal status of clients.
• Train and evaluate staff; coordinate with Clinical Manager and Medical Director.
