Job summary

Recovery Dynamics in Los Angeles, CA seeks an LVN or LPT to join its residential detox and treatment team. The role focuses on detox protocols, daily assessments, medication administration, and collaboration with counselors to ensure trauma-informed care.

Qualifications

• Must be a currently licensed LVN or LPT in California.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a SUD treatment facility or psychiatric setting.
• Familiarity with detox protocols and withdrawal management.
• Experience with DTX-specific assessments including COWS/CIWA and vital signs.
• Excellent charting and clinical documentation skills.
• Ability to stay calm and professional in high-acuity or crisis situations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor clients throughout detoxification and residential phases.
• Complete nursing assessments and daily client vitals.
• Administer medications and document MARs.
• Respond to emergent clinical situations.
• Support a multidisciplinary team in delivering client-centered care.
