Job summary

Recovery Dynamics in Los Angeles, CA is seeking an experienced LVN or LPT for our residential detox and treatment center. You will support detox protocols, conduct daily assessments, and administer medications as part of a trauma-informed care team.

Qualifications

• Must hold a California LVN or LPT license and active credentials.
• Minimum 2 years in SUD treatment and/or psychiatric settings.
• Experience with detox protocols and withdrawal management.
• Experience with DTX-specific assessments (COWS/CIWA) and vital signs.
• Strong charting and clinical documentation skills.
• Ability to stay calm in high-acuity situations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor clients through detoxification and residential phases.
• Conduct nursing assessments and daily vitals.
• Administer medications and document MARs.
• Respond to emergent clinical situations as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Support trauma-informed, client-centered care.
