Recovery Dynamics in Los Angeles, CA is seeking an experienced LVN or LPT for our residential detox and treatment center. You will support detox protocols, conduct daily assessments, and administer medications as part of a trauma-informed care team.

Qualifications

NOW HIRING: Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Licensed Psychiatric Technician (LPT)

Position Summary

We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and experienced LVN or LPT to join our clinical team at our high-quality residential detox (DTX) and residential treatment center (RTC) for individuals in early recovery from substance use disorders.

As a nurse on our team, you will play a critical role in supporting detox protocols, conducting daily assessments, administering medications, and collaborating with counselors, case managers, and peers to ensure continuity of care and a trauma-informed healing environment.

Required Qualifications

• Must be a currently licensed LVN or LPT in California
• Minimum 2 years of experience working in a SUD treatment facility and/or psychiatric setting (Required – No Exceptions)
• Familiarity with detox protocols, withdrawal symptom management, and substance use-related nursing care
• Experience with conducting DTX-specific assessments, including COWS/CIWA and vital signs
• Excellent charting and clinical documentation skills
• Ability to remain calm, confident, and professional in high-acuity or crisis situations
