Job summary

Sunrise Detox is seeking a Service Coordinator to support patient care through admission, orientation, and ongoing coordination with medical and clinical staff.

You will handle scheduling, documentation, and reporting while upholding strict confidentiality and professionalism in the detox environment. The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 1+ year in healthcare customer service, with full-time hours in Duluth, GA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in relevant field.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience in a health-related setting.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between patients, admission, nursing and clinical staff.
• Support patient admission, orientation and ongoing care transitions.
• Perform follow-ups with referral sources as directed by supervisor.
• Prepare timely written reports detailing patient progress and goals.
• Maintain patient confidentiality per 42 CFR Part 2 and professional standards.
• Demonstrate strong scheduling, filing, and office software proficiency.
