Job summary

Sunrise Detox is seeking an Admissions Counselor to manage new patient intake, orientation, and group sessions. The role includes addressing patient concerns, providing case management, and documenting in medical records to ensure a smooth transition through detox.

Requirements include at least one year in the substance abuse field, experience with group sessions, and holding a CASAC-T or pursuing a Masters in a related field. This is a full-time position with weekend shifts and robust benefits.

Sunrise Detox – Admissions Counselor

Sunrise Detox is a premiere center for drug and alcohol detox. Sunrise promises to give you one of the most comfortable medical detox processes available. We believe in creating a different experience where our road to recovery is dignified. Our clients reside in comfortable modern, elegantly furnished rooms where good nutrition is also an essential part of the detoxification process. We offer individual and group counseling to clients and bring in 12 Step meetings to show clients they are not alone once they leave treatment.

Responsibilities

• New patient intake and orientation
• Facilitates orientation groups with patients

Compensation

$21.00 per hour

Schedule

• Full Time
• 1 Weekend shift per week required
