Human Service Agency seeks a Medical Personnel to oversee the medical aspects of Detoxification and Halfway House operations. You will perform admissions assessments, provide health education, manage medications, and support discharge planning in a safety-focused environment.

Responsibilities include monitoring client conditions, responding calmly to crises, and maintaining medical records while assisting with facility operations and quality assurance.

Qualificações

• CPR and First Aid certifications required or obtainable on the job.
• Medication administration experience or training preferred.
• Ability to obtain CPR, First Aid, and Medication Administration certifications.

Responsabilidades

• Conducts medical admission assessments and ongoing medical interventions for detox and halfway house clients.
• Maintains accurate medical records and supports health education and discharge planning.
• Ensures safety, compliance with schedules, crisis response, and assists with program operations as needed.
