Qualifications

• Current Nursing License to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution (degree will be verified).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for Healthcare Providers.
• RN must obtain BSN within four years of hire or promotion if not already obtained.

Responsibilities

• Lead staffing and scheduling decisions to ensure appropriate unit coverage.
• Supervise personnel and promote a professional, engaged nursing team.
• Coordinate care delivery, ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory standards.
• Support staff development through competency assessments, education, and performance reviews.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and maintain high-quality patient care across shifts.
