Job summary

Clay County is seeking a full-time licensed practical nurse (LPN) for the Detox Withdrawal Management Facility in Minnesota. The role covers assessment of physical and psychosocial conditions and providing education and resources to clients undergoing withdrawal.

The incumbent will help manage the withdrawal process and ensure safety and compliance with program standards. Starting wage is $27.68 per hour with a full salary range of $27.68 to $38.68 per hour.

• Must be free of chemical use problems for at least 2 years immediately prior to hiring.
• Ability to pass a background check.
