The Salvation Army in Ohio is seeking a Quality Assurance Coordinator to ensure programs, services, staffing and facilities meet minimum standards. You will manage CQI processes, documentation, and compliance across multiple areas including risk management and treatment planning.
Responsibilities include coordinating CQI meetings, documenting minutes, auditing records, and supporting staff with quality improvements.
The Quality Assurance Coordinator's primary responsibility is to ensure program, services, staffing and facility meet
minimum acceptable standards.
Employee must possess at a minimum a valid certification under the Ohio Chemical Dependency Professionals Board as a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor II (LCDCII) or licensed under the State of Ohio Counselor, Social Worker, Marriage and Family Therapist Board as a Licensed Social Worker (LSW).
Employee must be able to obtain an NPI (National Provider Identifier) number.
At least one year of clinical / internship experience working with vulnerable populations such as forensic and substance abuse disordered clients.
Employee must possess addiction and treatment knowledge, which includes, but is not limited to knowledge of evidenced based models of treatment modalities, crisis intervention, case management, recovery and 12 step principles, relapse prevention and continuing care for addiction for clients.
Must have knowledge and uphold Board ethics policies, which includes, but is not limited to client boundaries.
Must have CPR / First Aid certified or in the process of obtaining.
