Duties and responsibilities
Qualifications
Licensed by the Ohio Chemical Dependency Professions Board (LCDCII minimum), Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor II or III (LCDCII or LCDCIII) or the Ohio Counselor, Social Worker, Marriage and Family Therapist Board. License specifically includes Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Social Worker (LSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT).
Independently Licensed by the Ohio Chemical Dependency Professionals Board or the Ohio Counselor, Social Worker, Marriage and Family Therapist Board. License specifically includes Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW), Licensed Independent Chemical Dependency Counselor (LICDC), or Licensed Independent Marriage and Family Therapist (IMFT). A minimum of two years paid experience working in counseling. Supervision endorsement preferred. Previous experience in electronic charting is helpful
