Qualifications

• Experience working with diverse populations affected by substance use and mental health disorders.
• Good time management to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent assessment and communication skills.
• Knowledge of pharmacology as it relates to substance use disorders.

Responsibilities

• Dispense prescribed medications to clients daily.
• Assist nursing staff with vitals, detox care, and biohazard protocols.
• Document in the medical files/EHR accurately and timely.
• Assist with admissions, orientation, bed/locker assignments, and inventory.
• Perform housekeeping duties to maintain a safe environment for detox clients.
• Assist in pre-admission screening and answer calls/messages.
• Monitor detox clients and accompany them on outside breaks.
• Inventory and dispose of expired/ discontinued medications.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow Cenikor core principles.
• Support performance management processes and team goals.
