Mission Health: Wellington Health and Rehab in Kansas is seeking a Certified Medication Aide (CMA) to join our compassionate care team. The CMA will administer medications, monitor residents, and assist with activities of daily living while upholding dignity and safety.

Formación

• Current CMA certification is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to lift, transfer and move residents with assistance as needed.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with empathy.

Responsabilidades

• Administer medications and treatments per protocols.
• Monitor and record vital signs and medication administration.
• Assist with ADLs such as bathing, dressing and grooming.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment with infection control practices.
• Participate in care conferences and care plan development.
• Collaborate with healthcare team for seamless transitions.
