Job summary

Asset Security Pro is seeking a seasoned Detention/Corrections Operations Supervisor to oversee shifts at an ICE facility in El Paso, TX. You will supervise Officers, ensure adherence to post orders, and coordinate incident reporting, inspections, and safety protocols.

The role requires 10+ years' experience, strong written and oral communication, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and ability to obtain PSU clearance. Must be able to work rotating shifts and meet physical requirements.

Qualifications

• 10 years’ experience as a detention/corrections operations supervisor or equivalent.
• Clear oral and written communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to obtain PSU clearance.
• Ability to meet physical requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
• Ability to work rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Maintain professional communication with ICE management.
• Conduct entry inspection of officers entering the facility and report incidents.
• Provide assistance to the Detention Management Unit.
• Observe shift muster and pass down to incoming shift; forward discrepancies.
• Supervise Officers on shift per policy, ICE Policy, PBNDS, PREA and SOP.
• Review Supervisor Post Checks and prepare daily operations summary.
• Supervise shift operations; ensure counts are conducted on schedule.
• Investigate employee/detainee injuries; ensure photos and reports exist.
