Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to facility staff, visitors, and authorized personnel while carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control requirements, and emergency response activities.
• Monitor and control entry and exit points, verify credentials as directed, maintain visitor logs, and report unauthorized access attempts or policy violations.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and notification procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned buildings, grounds, perimeter areas, and access points to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Prepare accurate incident reports, daily activity logs, and other required documentation; communicate observations and concerns to appropriate personnel.
