Responsibilities

• Manage operations of an assigned tour of the secure detention facility by planning, monitoring, and evaluating the ongoing programs relating to the supervision, conduct and order of the youth in care.
• Provide coverage for facility operations in the absence of the Executive Director of Operations.
• Conduct interviews and the selection of candidates for vacancies in secure detention.
• Manage staff scheduling, absenteeism, and overtime reduction.
• Implement policies and evaluates current practices to ensure operational safety and security for youth and staff are maintained.
