• Coordinates surveys and focuses groups with staff and youth to evaluate program effectiveness.
• Presents at meetings/workshops and provides operational guidance to ensure standardized implementation across centers.
• Conducts site visits and audits to identify strengths and deficiencies and recommend corrective actions.
