Job summary

Gardaworld Federal Services Llc in Surprise, AZ seeks a Facility Training Instructor to coordinate, deliver, document, and evaluate training for healthcare and multidisciplinary staff at a detention facility. Reporting to the Health Services Administrator, you will support orientation, annual training, competency-based education, and regulatory compliance training to meet contract requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in healthcare or related field.
• Minimum three years of training, education, or staff development experience.
• Experience delivering classroom instruction and creating training materials.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and learning management systems.
• Ability to obtain facility clearance and meet contractual requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver classroom, virtual, and hands-on training programs for facility personnel.
• Support the Facility Health Program Manager in staff development initiatives.
• Conduct new employee orientation and onboarding training for healthcare personnel.
• Schedule, facilitate, and document annual mandatory training requirements.
• Maintain training records, attendance rosters, and competency files.
• Develop, update, and maintain lesson plans and training materials.
• Track training metrics, completion rates, and competency outcomes.
