• English proficiency required (read, write, speak).
• 21+ years old with high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass preemployment medical and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, organize, and secure resident medical records in electronic and physical formats.
• Process intake screenings, treatment notes, lab results, prescriptions, and referrals.
• Ensure HIPAA and detention standards compliance for records management.
• Coordinate with physicians, nurses, and administrative staff on documentation.
• Handle requests for medical records with proper confidentiality and chain of custody.
