Job summary

Strategic Resources, Inc. (SRI) is seeking full-time Medical Records Technicians to support IHSC facilities under the ICE Health Services Corps contract.

The MRT will manage eHR documentation, schedule appointments, and ensure timely, accurate recordkeeping while maintaining strict confidentiality in a multi-cultural setting. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of healthcare records experience, with strong MS Word/Excel/Outlook and SharePoint skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year healthcare setting experience as medical records technician or similar role.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook; SharePoint experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain electronic health records (eHR) and ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Schedule appointments and manage the appointment system.
• Process records requests and ensure confidentiality per HIPAA/PII rules.
• Perform daily checks in eHR and generate data reports as needed.
