Responsibilities

• Assist corrections supervisor in administering administrative functions of the Detention Facility.
• Prepare written reports of program activities and accomplishments.
• Maintain relationships between the jail and other agencies; initiate MOAs.
• Meet with management to discuss programs and secure support from tribal leadership.
• Assist with developing and revising policies to carry out operations and allocate resources.
• Evaluate plans and operations to improve efficiency and effectiveness within the Jail.
• Determine resource needs and plan future development of detention services.
