Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Assist corrections supervisor in administering administrative functions of the Detention Facility.
  • Prepare written reports of program activities and accomplishments.
  • Maintain relationships with other agencies and draft MOUs for collaborations.
  • Meet with management and leaders to discuss programs and cooperate on mutual problems.
  • Assist with program administration and delegate resource allocations with internal controls.
  • Develop and revise policies; discuss plans with Police Captain and Chief Tribal Officer.
  • Evaluate plans and operations; recommend changes and pursue needed funding.
  • Determine resource needs and plan future expansion of detention services.
