Job summary

Ada County Juvenile Services seeks a qualified leader to manage detention programs, oversee policy implementation, and direct 24/7 operations for the detention center. You will supervise juvenile detention officers and health services staff, ensuring trauma‑informed care and compliance with regulatory standards.

Includes responsibility for budget development, staffing, training, and collaboration with external agencies to advance rehabilitation and safety for youth in custody.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; Master’s preferred.
• Cares for juvenile population with knowledge of laws pertaining to juvenile court.
• Three years of supervisory/management experience.
