Responsibilities

• Trains, motivates, evaluates, and supervises staff; assigns work and tracks time/attendance.
• Develops, coordinates, and evaluates daily educational, therapeutic, or recreational programs/activities.
• Supervises shifts, maintains staff-to-youth ratio per licensing standards.
• Conducts inspections, searches, and safety drills.
• Prepares reports and documents in compliance with policies.
• Makes critical decisions during emergencies and communicates concerns.
