LaSalle Corrections is seeking a Sergeant at Prairieland Detention Center in Alvarado, TX. This on-site, full-time position supervises staff, enforces rules for non-citizens, conducts contraband searches, and maintains critical records and reports.

The role requires strong communication, organizational and time-management skills, plus proficiency with MS Office. A high school diploma is required, with duties expanding under the Warden's direction.
