Qualifications

• Five (5) years of experience in a detention facility, correctional institute, or similar program; two (2) years minimum as a sergeant or supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Direct and monitor detention center operations, security activities, and personnel to maintain safe, secure facility operations.
• Oversee intake, detainee movement, and related facility processes in accordance with policies and security standards.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, regulations, and legal requirements.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate actions; communicate with command staff.
